Haoyu Electronics was established in August 2015, focusing on the development of PCBA solutions, electronic software and hardware development and design. The factory integrates SMT surface mount processing, DIP plugins, post welding/burning/testing/aging/ultrasonic/laser engraving, and other electronic products production and manufacturing services. The quality/engineering team has been stable and established in the industry for many years. Our company has invested more than 1700 square meters of new car rooms and more than 80 people in the existing workshop in Yutang Street. Haoyu's factory is located on the 2nd to 5th floors of Building 1, Changxing Science and Technology Park, Changzhen Community, Gongming Street, Guangming New District, Shenzhen. The factory covers an area of 1700 square meters and has a production capacity of 80 million yuan per month. It uses processing equipment from South Korea, Japan, and other countries, and the introduction of TPS lean production management and quality control system. We are committed to providing customers with high-quality, multi-layer PCBA installation services.
There are currently more than 10 R&D engineering teams with 3 SMT production lines (dust-free workshop), 2 wave soldering DIP lines, and 4 assembly lines. Equipped with new imported Samsung SM471 PLUS, SM482 PLUS, SM481, SM482 and other high-speed SMT machines, automatic solder paste printing machines, ten temperature zone reflow furnaces, wave soldering and other high-end equipment, as well as AOI, fully automatic. Board loading machines, fully automatic material forming machines, fully automatic plate washing machines, first piece comparison instruments, BGA repair tables, three proof paint, ultrasonic, laser engraving machines, infrared purple laser engraving machines and other equipment, we focus on research and development of samples, small and medium-sized SMT SMT mounting, assembly and other services.
R&D Department:
● The R&D Business Unit was established in October 2022 and has served more than 100 clients. It is involved in the development and design of consumer digital products, including small household appliances, digital products, remote control, communication, healthcare, lighting, electronic cigarettes, atomizers, and more.
SMT workshop real shot:
● 3 1+1 high-speed imported Samsung SMT lines, 2 AOLs, mainly producing lead-free products. The peripheral printing machine, loading machine, first piece tester, 10 temperature zone reflow soldering bridge, oven, etc. are fully equipped. The main positions in engineering, quality, etc. have been steadily cooperating and serving customers for many years.
● Pragmatism, personnel work with anti-static shoes and anti-static wristbands properly managed, without matching anti-static clothing, rejecting formalism.
